My spiritual education started with pursuing formal courses so I could learn from professionals in the field. Early on I discovered Reiki, and have taken several courses to become certified as a Reiki Practitioner.
Reiki is working with energy and energy is the foundation of all things.
What is so fascinating is that we are always giving and receiving energy, which affects our thoughts, feeling and emotions. Knowing how to move, release, and replenish this energy became the foundation of my work.
Combining my gift of Mediumship with energy work has proven to be very insightful. Mediumship is the connection with the universe, our angels and guides and our deceased loved ones. The Spirit world!
As my journey continued, I was introduced to Past Life Regression Therapy and was instantly hooked! I wanted to learn from the best and enrolled in The Weiss Institute; at the Omega Center, learning from Dr. Brian Weiss himself, renowned Psychiatrist and Past Life Regression Therapist. I have gained so much insight in my own life by exploring my past lives and love helping my clients work through this process as well.
With part of my passion being transformation, I needed to find a way to help my clients more. I wanted to invest in their success. Our sessions together uncovered the issues and setbacks in their lives, but I wanted to also help them work through and overcome the obstacles.
Always wanting to learn from the best, I discovered the Robbins - Madanes Training and enrolled in their Life Coach Program. This has given me the tools and opportunity to help my clients work through the issues and experiences that have been holding them back from becoming the best version of themselves.
With all these resources and skills, I’ve helped my client's breakthrough their obstacles and transform their lives to achieve their goals.
Discovering, exploring and overcoming our setbacks, is what will set us up for the comeback to get the results we want!
